Not only did I have a comfortable bed and sofa to relax on, but the warm shower felt like a luxurious treat after a long day of exploring the beautiful views of the Moray Firth. the attention to detail was truly impressive, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful welcome pack waiting for me upon arrival. But what truly amazed me was finding my car keys that I had lost earlier in the day - the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve them, showing exceptional customer service. Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.
